City for Children: Our Street Is Playing

Every street can be a lively place full of children, neighbours and spontaneous play. We invite you to a friendly and inspiring morning for anyone interested in bringing more play, movement and life to our streets.

Together we will look at how neighbourhood relations are developing, what works in communities and where we see room for improvement. We will be looking for new ideas to encourage children to play freely outdoors and how to involve more people in future activities.

Event Objectives:

– to get feedback and inspiration for further development of the Play Boxes project,
– to connect active people from communities,
– to jointly find new ways to develop children’s free play in urban neighbourhoods.

In the meantime, your children can spend time playing in the children’s play area and will also be able to design their dream play box (drawing) as part of the event.
