Public hearing on amendments to the zoning plan for the Winter Harbour

Both the state and the city are involved in the transformation of the Winter Port. While the decision on the potential sale of the site rests with the state, the city, within its jurisdiction, is preparing amendments to the zoning plan that will enable the transformation of the current industrial complex into a fully-fledged urban district.
